The Publisher can, at any moment and without any previous notice, stop the supply of services and cancel any subscription to the online courses in the following instances:

• IF the user uses the online course for illegal purposes or for the transmission or exchange of material that is illicit, vexatious, slanderous or defamatory, harmful to the privacy of others, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene or in any other way reproachable or that violates, or could violate, the rights of industrial or intellectual property or other rights of any Third Party.
• IF the user uses the services to transmit or exchange viruses, chain letters, or for unsolicited mass distribution of email, or violates any of the specific conditions of service of this website, which is covered by these terms.

5. Provision of the Services / Quality of Services

1. You can log into the website from any computer but you should be aware that not all computers have the software that will enable you to access all of the Course Materials.
2. We provide free content which will enable users to test the content fully and to ensure that the content functions well on the chosen personal computer.
3. Whilst we try to ensure that the website does not contain any error, defect, malfunction or corruption, we do not accept responsibility for any damage to or loss of data on the user’s personal computer system, network or server that results from using the online courses or from downloading any materials that are made available via this website.
4. We cannot promise that access to website will be uninterrupted or error free at all times.
5. There may also be occasions when access to the website is interrupted for emergency maintenance or repairs or to carry out upgrades to improve the performance or functionality of the website. Access may also be interrupted due to failures of telecommunications links and equipment, which are beyond our control.
6. You accept that you will not have a claim for breach of contract against us in the case of such a period of unavailability. You also acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for any delay or disruptions that are inherent in the operation of the internet and the World Wide Web, including viruses.
